The People & Strategy quarterly journal contains the most current theory, research, and practice in strategic human resource management. It focuses on human resource practices that contribute to the achievement of organizational effectiveness.

People & Strategy includes original articles as well as sections on current practices, research, and book reviews.

All HRPS members receive a subscription to People & Strategy.
